Refund Policy

Prints are made to order and as such we do not offer refunds or exchanges.

When receiving a package by mail, please inspect it upon delivery especially if it shows signs of possible damage. Ensure the driver notes if an item arrives damaged and send us 3 pictures via email at wildmoussaphotography@gmail.com showcasing the damages within 3 days of the delivery date. Requests not received within 3 days may not be honoured.
